Michigan! Wall Art with Acrylic Pour and Resin

$65

with Clare Spaulding

Calendar May 4, 2024 at 1 pm

With our beautiful state of Michigan as your canvas, join Clare Spaulding as she guides you in a two day class to create this lovely wall art for your home or for a beautiful gift.

Day 1 - May 4, 1:00-3:30

Acrylic pouring is a fascinating, abstract art technique where liquified paint is poured into each other and onto a surface. The paint for this project will be premixed and ready for you to use. Clare will assist you in using this technique to complete your wall art. Your piece will be unique!

When completed, your creation will dry in our space downstairs for two weeks.

Day 2 - May 18, 1:00-2:00

Return on May 18 and reclaim your wall art.  Now you will learn how to take your work to a new level!

Clare will guide you in understanding resin and in applying resin to your work. By adding resin, your wall art will now have a professional finish and a spectacular glow.

Again, you will need to let the piece dry in our space downstairs and pick it up later.

All materials provided.

These processes can get messy - please consider wearing older clothes or an apron! Feel free to bring a respirator if breathing is a concern for you.
