Class Description:
Join instructor Susan Thiel to create a personalized frame from polymer clay, a perfect Father's Day gift!
Students will learn how to upgrade and embellish an old frame using a theme that is perfect for Dad. Students will be able to make embellishments for fishing, wildlife, baseball, soccer, golf, basketball, football, pets, and more.
This is a great opportunity for family and friends to create together!

Watercolor Monoprinting

Class Description:
Join Instructor, Pam Meland, for a creative and fun workshop to create the beautiful watercolor above (or using the image of your choice). No experience necessary as you explore how to use a piece of plexiglass to create a watercolor monoprint.
If you have a picture of your own you'd like to use, please bring it along. But if not, don't worry, Pam will bring lots for you to choose from.
With Pam's artistic guidance you'll end with a lovely composition!
Space is limited, so register soon! And, think about bringing a buddy!

Introduction to the Potter's Wheel

Class Description:
Interested in a relaxed crash course on using a potter's wheel? This course is for you! In this two and a half hour session, students will learn the basics of working with clay on a potter's wheel and receive guided hands-on experience from an instructor.
Each student leaves the class with two handmade creations. Students in the class can expect to:
-Learn Mud Room basics including emergency procedures, room rules, and clean up expectations
-Learn to prepare clay for the wheel
-Watch a wheel throwing demo with guided discussion of the steps
-Spend time practicing basic wheel throwing techniques
-Have fun!
Registration includes all supplies and materials, wheel time, a glaze day, and two firings in the kiln.

Join instructor, Pam Meland as you leap into your understanding and experience with watercolor! In this beginner's class, no experience is needed. Just bring a desire to learn, create and have fun in a comfortable, accepting environment.
Day 1: The emphasis will be on learning and practicing several basic techniques like wet on wet, crayon resist, stenciling, masking and others.
Day 2: Use what you've learned. With Pam's artistic guidance you'll create a finished, unique composition using a variety of techniques.
All supplies and materials will be provided at the class and become yours! Take them home and continue your adventure.
