March 8, 15, 22 from 9:30-11:30am MUD ROOM
Water is an illusion. In reality it is clear and colorless. But its reflective properties give it life and interest whether it is a calm body of water or broken fragments of color caused by the current tearing at its surface. Capturing this illusion of color on still water is the goal of this class.
Terry Dickinson, with over fifty years of painting experience will guide the student each step of the way from the layout of color on the pallet, to the block in, to mixing color to get just the right hew, to blending the edges for final effect.
This class is open to all ages. It is open at all stages of learning art - beginner to experienced. Registrants only need to be able to remain engaged for the full class period.
